How do I make purchase?


It’s easy to shop at Dan Liem.

While we are developing our webstore for easier shopping experience, you can go to our lookbook section and find the perfect shoes. Then, you can place an order by sending email to info@dan-liem.com or directly send message to our customer service number +62 878 04031055

Which size should I choose?


Our products are true to size. If you are still not sure about the sizing, here’s the chart for you to figure out.

How do I know if an item is in stock?


All the products shown are available, subject to seasonal collections. Please contact our customer service for stock availability. For the product that isn’t available, a pre-order service can be made within 2 weeks production.

 

How soon can I get my order?


If your product purchased is in ready stock, we will pack your product within 24 hours and send it to you the day after. If you have to pre-order, expect approximately in 2 weeks after you have made your payment.

 

Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we do. Please discuss to our customer service if you want our shoes to be delivered outside Indonesia.

 

How much will delivery cost?


We offer different shipping options to meet your needs. However, we do sometimes have free delivery promotion. Follow our social media for further details.

 

Can I track my order?


Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will directly send your shipping details and tracking number via email or text message.

 

How do I return an item?


Unfortunately, at the moment we are not accepting refund or return items. Please make sure you measure the right size before making the order.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?


We can assure you from the moment we pack before delivery, we have checked the shoes you purchased starting from the sole, fabrics and upper leather in good and new conditions. However sometimes we might have missed on the checking process. If you do have damaged products, please email us directly.

 

What payment methods do you accept?


At the moment we only accept bank transfer to our accounts.

 

In what packaging will my goods be delivered?


Your shoes will be delivered in Dan Liem shoe box and dust bag and packed in corrugated box to prevent the damage on the box while being delivered.

 

Will you have seasonal sales?


We have several promotions and sales within a year. Please follow our social media for further info.

 

How do I take care my Dan Liem shoes?


At Dan Liem we source the best quality of materials for our products. Natural materials and Indonesian textiles are not flawless, but that’s what make them unique! This is why some of our materials do need special care, so here’s a guide to help you taking care of the precious shoes you have purchased.

Leather:

Marks can be removed by gently clean the affected area with a soft cloth. We advise you to keep away from heat and dampness and be sure to store them in your dust bags.

Fabric:

Because of its delicacy, textiles fabric can mark easily specially with dirt. We suggest you to protect them from water and humidity. However, if you have dirt or stain mark, you can clean it by wiping dirt off with a clean toothbrush very gently. If the stain won’t come off, we suggest you to bring the shoes to the nearest cobbler/shoe-cleaner to prevent bigger damage.
